WCRHC Dog Trials – July 18-19

Are you looking for a good excuse to spend the weekend on Grand Mesa where it’s 20 degrees cooler than the Valley?  The Western Colorado Retriever Hunting Club has asked us to again provide help for their Hunt Test, which we have supported for the past four years.  Tentatively scheduled for July 19th and 20th, we set up stations at a number of locations to help them with administrative support and emergency communications, since there is very little or no cell coverage.  It’s a low operational tempo event, and gives plenty of opportunity to watch the handlers put their dogs though their paces.  Watch for more details as we receive them from the event planners, but put this on your calendar now so you don’t miss this fun event.
