Thanks to everyone who participated in the 2025 Retriever Hunt Club’s Hunt Test on Grand Mesa on May 19th and 20th. It’s always a pleasure to spend a couple of days on the Mesa with temperatures in the 70’s (while it’s 95 degrees in the valley!). Everyone had a great time, and there were no emergencies or injuries to deal with this year. We learned a few things to add to our comm training experience and had a chance to work the bugs out of our simplex operations. The Hunt Club officials were grateful for the coverage; we’re already looking forward to next year.
